MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University men's lacrosse team heads into the final stretch of its inaugural season, with two of its four remaining contests to be played on its home turf at Hart Park in Wauwatosa, Wis. The squad will host Detroit Mercy on Saturday, April 20 at 7 p.m. in the first home game in program history, before taking on Duke on Sunday, May 5 at noon in its regular season finale.

Admission to the Golden Eagles' home games is set at $5 for adults, $3 for youth ages 12-and-under and free to all Marquette students with a valid MUID. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or by calling the ticket office at (414) 288-GOMU (4668). On the day of the game, tickets may be purchased at Hart Park, starting one hour prior to face-off.

Several promotions, giveaways and other special events will happen in accordance with Marquette's games against UDM and Duke.

With the Golden Eagles playing its home games at Hart Park (7300 W. Chestnut St., Wauwatosa, WI 53213) this season, a free shuttle service will be offered to fans for both home contests. The shuttles will begin running two hours prior to the start of each game and will depart from outside of The Union Sports Annex, located on the corner of North 16th Street and Wells Street.

Saturday's game against Detroit will feature a slew of promotional events, highlighted by the MU Fanatics 'Thank You' Picnic, Marquette Lacrosse Bandana giveaway, Camper Reunion and High School Team Night.

All student fanatics are invited to join Marquette Athletics from 5:30-7 p.m. for a free barbecue. The 'Thank You' Picnic will be held on the east side of the Hart Park stadium.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to game against Detroit, as the first 1,000 fans in attendance on Saturday evening will receive a blue & gold bandana.

Marquette will welcome back its 2012 summer campers on Saturday. Free admission will be given to those who participated in one of last year's Marquette men's lacrosse summer camps. Kids (grades eight and below) will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a voucher for a free 2013 summer camp session.

Head coach Joe Amplo and his staff are extending an invitation to all high school teams for Saturday's High School Team Night. High school teams can pre-register to receive free admission to watch Marquette battle Detroit by contacting Vanessa Farinlli by email. Teams must have 15 or more members to be eligible for free admission.

Following the game against the Titans, Marquette will host Duke on Sunday, May 5 at noon in the squad's only other home contest this season. The Sunday afternoon game is Future Fanatics Day, where future fanatic members can attend the game for free by showing their membership credential at the ticket gate.

The first 350 students in attendance for the Sunday matinée game against the Blue Devils will receive free pizza, compliments of Marquette athletics.

After the conclusion of each game, members of the Marquette men's lacrosse team will be available to sign autographs.
