For Marquette men's soccer player Bryan Ciesiulka, the packaging of 100,000 meals was the culmination of a lengthy effort to raise funds to help others - meals will be delivered to wherever they are needed throughout the world by Feed My Starving Children.
2012: Marquette co-captain ... Recorded an assist in four consecutive games, including the game-winning assist to Andy Huftalin in a 2-1 double-overtime win over Wisconsin (Sept. 26) ... Assisted Axel Sjoberg on the game-winner goal at Michigan State (Sept. 16) with his corner-kick serve to the middle of the box in the 108th minute ... Missed the first game since his freshman season against Western Illinois (Sept. 8) with an ankle injury ... Scored MU's second goal in a 2-0 win at Drake (Sept. 2) on a penalty kick ... Served up the game-winning assist off a corner kick, finding Eric Pothast near post in the 40th minute of MU's 1-0 win vs. UIC (Aug. 31) ... Scored his first goal of the season on a penalty kick in the second half of MU's 3-2 win over Milwaukee (Sept. 24) in the season opener ... Named to the USL Premier Development League All-Central Conference Team as a member of the Chicago Fire PDL squad ... Featured all season by TopDrawerSoccer.com among other college upperclassmen as MLS home-grown players to watch in 2012.
2011: BIG EAST All-Academic Team ... One of two MU players to start and play in all 19 games for the Golden Eagles ... Recorded five assists, which was tied for 10th in the BIG EAST, and scored one goal during his sophomore campaign ... His lone goal of the season was the game-winner in MU's 2-0 shutout over Rutgers (Oct. 1) ... Had the first multi-assist game of his collegiate career with two assists in a 3-2 double-overtime win vs. Western Michigan (Sept. 2) and was named to the Milwaukee Panther Invitational All-Tournament Team ... Assisted the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Pittsburgh (Oct. 29) which clinched MU's first-ever BIG EAST division championship ... Logged nearly 1,800 minutes of playing time in 2011 ... Played for the Chicago Fire PDL team during the summer along with MU teammate Calum Mallace.
2010: Was one of four freshmen to find the net in 2010 ... Finished season with 1,084 minutes, the second highest for the freshmen class ... Ended the season third on the team with seven points and three goals, and his 23 shots placed him fourth ... Scored in two of the last three games ... Netted MU's equalizer in BIG EAST Championship action against Notre Dame (Nov. 6) ... Scored game-winner in 97th minute to lift MU to 3-2 overtime victory over Seton Hall (Oct. 30) ... Led MU with two shots on goal in 1-0 double-overtime loss to Providence (Oct. 20) ... Tallied his first collegiate assist and first collegiate goal at Pittsburgh (Oct. 9) ... Assisted TeeJay East in the 57th minute then scored the equalizer in the 69th minute as MU came back to draw with the Panthers, 2-2 ...
