Prior to Marquette: Gill earned first team all-state honors and was named the Milwaukee Area Player-of-the-Year following a senior campaign in which he scored 12 goals and added 10 assists. He led Arrowhead to the state tournament his senior season, and his team was ranked as high as seventh in the nation. Gill was a three-time member of conference championship teams. He finished his career with 35 goals and 31 assists, earning conference player-of-the-year honors twice. He helped guide his team to a regional championship each season. Gill was also a starting as point guard on the basketball team. Personal: Born October 20, 1986, in Hartland, Wis., Gill is the son of Dennis and Jan Gill. He has two older sisters, Tricia and Katie.
