2002: Ilk did not see any action in his first season at Marquette. At Marquette: A three-year letterwinner at Marquette University High School, Ilk was part of a squad that won the WISAA state championship in 1999 and was the WIAA Division I state champion in 2000 and 2001. Ilk was named a Greater Metro Conference second-team selection as a junior and a senior. He was a member of the Wisconsin State ODP team from 1998-2002 and played in the national ODP tournament, taking second place with his team. Ilk was also a member of two club teams that won state championships. He was a member of the MK Aresenal club team that won the title in 2001 and the Mequon Unified Club team that won in 2002. Personal: Ilk was born on April 1, 1984, in Milwaukee to Kathy and Girhard Ilk. He has yet to declare a major. |
