2015: Appeared in three matches, making two starts, this season … Compiled an 0-2 record with a 2.28 goals against average and a .636 save percentage … Did not allow a goal in his season debut against Portland (Aug. 30), logging more than 22 minutes of action in relief of starter Luis Barraza during a 4-2 MU win … Made his first career start in a 2-0 setback to Butler (Oct. 31), making six saves in 90 minutes of action … Made one save and allowed two goals in 3-0 loss to DePaul (Nov. 5), logging 45 minutes in net.

2014: Has not played in 2014 ... Registered 32 minutes in goal, making two saves, in preseason action against Wright State (Aug. 24).

2013: Did not play this season.

2012: BIG EAST All-Academic Team ...Has not appeared in a regular season match ... Played all 45 minutes of the second half in MU's 0-0 draw at Wright State, combining with Charlie Lyon for the shutout.

Prior to Marquette: Three-year letterwinner at Kettle Moraine High School under coach Gregory Prosper ... As the team's captain, Wheeler helped Kettle Moraine to a state runner-up finish in 2011, its best finish in program history ... Named first-team all-state and Milwaukee Journal Sentinelfirst-team all-area following his senior season ... Preseason Next Level Super Camp All-World Team and Preseason Camp Shutout Christopher Rapson Award recipient prior to senior campaign ... Helped Kettle Moraine capture regional titles in three consecutive seasons (2009, 2010, 2011) ... Recipient of team's Silver Boot Award, given to best defender, his junior and senior seasons ... Goalkeeper on school's first conference championship team his junior season ... Played club for Elm Grove U-18 and coach Ben Shepard ...
