Spring Season Concludes With Men's D1 Wisconsin Spring Cup

MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University men's soccer team will conclude its 2012 spring campaign on Sunday, April 29, when it hosts the Men's D1 Wisconsin Spring Cup at Valley Fields. 

MU will welcome Green Bay, Milwaukee and Wisconsin to the competition. Games will feature two 35-minute halves and will go to penalty kicks after 70 minutes of regulation if the match ends in a draw.  

The first game is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. with Marquette taking on Milwaukee on the grass field, while Wisconsin and Green Bay will compete on the FieldTurf at 10 a.m. 

A consolation match for the teams that lose their opening games is slated for 1:30 p.m. on the FieldTurf, with kick-off for the championship match scheduled for 2 p.m. on the grass field.
