MILWAUKEE - As has become an annual occurrence, Marquette Athletics will once again join in the festivities during Summerfest at the Sentry SportsZone with Newsradio 620 WTMJ.

The women's volleyball squad will participate from 2-4 p.m. on June 25, the opening day of the event, while the men's and women's soccer squads will take part in a joint effort on July 3 from 5-6 p.m. 

Players and staff of the three teams will be on hand at their assigned times to demonstrate sport-specific skills and instruct visitors on the nuances of their games.

After having a men's soccer event rained out a year ago at Summerfest, the men and women will join forces with the "Voice of Marquette Soccer," Dan Pfeifer.

"The World's Largest Music Festival," Summerfest runs June 25 through July 5. Summerfest tickets can be purchased and printed instantly at www.summerfest.com.
