View '2007 Fan Fest' Photo Gallery

MILWAUKEE -- The second-annual Marquette Soccer Fan Fest will kick off the 2008 men's and women's soccer seasons this Saturday, Aug. 16 at Valley Fields. The completely free event includes food provided by Qdoba, interactive soccer skills stations, player autograph and photo opportunities and great prizes.

The celebration will begin at 4:30 p.m. Highlighting the event are exhibition matches featuring the Golden Eagles women's soccer team against Wisconsin at 5 p.m. and a men's soccer intra-squad match at 7:05 p.m.

Men's and women's soccer players and coaches will be available throughout the event to keep score at each station, sign autographs, take pictures and discuss the upcoming season with fans of all ages.

Valley Fields is located at 1818 Canal Street.
