Marquette men's soccer standouts Amilcar Herrera and Hector Navarro will be interviewed on radio station WJTI 1460 AM this Sunday, October 12.

Host Andy Olivares will feature the Golden Eagle duo on his radio show, "Deportes y Mas" between 3 and 4 p.m. Sunday. The show will be broadcast in the Spanish language.

Herrera and Navarro both attended Riverside University High School in Milwaukee before joining the Marquette squad. This season, Navarro has started in eight games and played in 10, tallying 647 minutes of play and a goal against Bryant. His 13 shots rank among team leaders. Herrera has seen 569 minutes on the pitch with six starts and action in 10 games. He has yet to tally a goal, but has taken 11 shots with five on frame.

WJTI 1460 AM, Milwaukee's original and only local Spanish language radio station, broadcasts to the Milwaukee and Racine area. The station is owned by El Sol Broadcasting, Inc. and signed an affiliation agreement in 2007 with ESPN Radio Deportes for Spanish sports programming.
