Key Storylines

• Marquette would claim the 2013 BIG EAST Conference regular-season championship outright with a win Friday at DePaul, as well as wrap up the No. 1 overall seed in the upcoming BIG EAST Men's Soccer Championship.

• With 19 points in the league, Marquette sits atop the BIG EAST table with a one-point lead over second-place Xavier and a three-point lead over Georgetown heading into Friday's final regular-season match.

• Marquette is 4-2-1 away from home this season, but unbeaten (3-0-1) in BIG EAST road matches.

• DePaul will be looking for its first BIG EAST victory of 2013 on Friday. The Blue Demons were .500 through their first eight matches of the season, which included a 2-2 draw at Wish Field against then seventh-ranked St. John's to open league play. DePaul has since lost seven straight BIG EAST matches by a combined margin of 21-2.
