The Marquette University men’s tennis team has announced the addition of Greg Anderson, who is transferring from TCU, to the 2015-16 roster.

“We couldn't be more excited to be adding a player of Greg's ability mid-year, as he will be an excellent addition to our program,” head coach Steve Rodecap said. “He is an extremely hard worker and is very committed to his academics and tennis. He will be a big part of our team moving forward and we look forward to welcoming him to the Marquette family.”

Anderson was a four-star recruit as a senior and rated as high as the No. 2 player in the state of Arizona. He cracked the top-100 rankings nationally and claimed several event championships, including the Muterspaw Championship in Las Vegas. The Tucson, Arizona, native attended the Connections Academy.

Anderson posted a 3-3 record in singles and a 1-2 mark in doubles action this fall with the Horned Frogs. He made his collegiate debut at the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational and also participated in the pre-qualifying draw of the ITA All-American Championship.

TCU is currently ranked No. 3 in the 2015-16 preseason Oracle/ITA Collegiate Rankings and the program advanced to the Final Four in 2014-15 for the fourth time in school history.
