2002-2003

O'Grady started the season strong, recording four 10-plus point games in her first five. She led the team in scoring against Dayton (Nov. 24) with a then career best 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting. She had 10 against Wis.-Milwaukee (Nov. 26) and followed that up with 19 against Chicago State (Dec. 6) setting a new career high. She also scored 11 against Georgia State (Dec. 7).

Following Georgia State, O'Grady had a long stretch in where she did not score as much as early in the year. Over the course of the next 11 games, O'Grady averaged just 4.5 points per game. She was replaced in the starting lineup by Kelly Schwerman.

After three games coming off the bench, O'Grady responded with four-consecutive double figure scoring games -- a first in her career. She scored 10 against Saint Louis (Jan. 26) and had 12 against TCU (Jan. 31). She set a personal best with 29 points in MU's win over Houston (Feb. 2). In the Houston game, she was 6-of-9 from the floor and was 13-of-14 from the line. She made her first 13 free throw attempts, but a miss on the last attempt cost her a tie for the school record for free throws in a game and most free throw attempts without a miss in a game. Following the Houston contest, she scored 13 in Marquette's win over Tulane (Feb. 7). Since, she scored 12 points against Louisville (Feb. 21) and 10 against DePaul (March 2).

O'Grady has upped her career numbers, especially in terms of three point shooting. After making 38.7 percent of her threes this season, she has upped her career totals to 26.1 percent. She is also an adept free throw shooter. She finished the season in the top 15 in the league in that category, hitting 74.3 percent, giving her a career mark of 73.4 percent.

2001-2002

After a 20-point outing in Marquette's final preseason contest, O'Grady earned a starting spot for the first two games of the season. After missing her first 11 shots of the year, O'Grady became a reserve for the rest of the season. She struggled with her shooting touch in her sophomore season, hitting just 20.3 percent of her shots.

She limited her shot selection, evidenced by not taking a three-point shot in nine straight games, but that did not keep her from working hard on the defensive end. She had a solid game off the bench against Saint Louis, scoring 12 points, including a 10-of-10 outing from the free throw line.

As the season wound down, O'Grady worked her way back into the scoring column in three of MU's final four games, scoring a pair against Louisville, adding seven against Houston and tossing in four against Saint Louis. The seven points against the Cougars was her second-highest output of the season.

2000-2001

Suffering from a foot injury at the beginning of the year limited O'Grady's time. She saw her first action of the season against Northern Iowa, put in the game to provide a spark both on offense and defense. While not logging many minutes or other statistics, O'Grady saw time early in the season because of the energy she brought the team off the bench. She eventually moved into a starting role as the season wound down.

She scored her first career points in her fourth game, hitting a three-pointer against Oregon State. Her playing time was on the rise as the season progressed, logging 11 minutes against Oregon State and six against Dayton. Against the Flyers, O'Grady connected on two free throws to be perfect in that category for her young career at that point in the season. She, however, went 1-2 against BYU from the line to end her perfect streak.

She saw nine minutes of action in recording a career-high six points against Notre Dame. O'Grady added an offensive spark against UAB late, scoring a career-high matching six points. Likewise against Charlotte, she came off the bench to score a then career high eight points.

After a one-point effort against Saint Louis, O'Grady tossed in six points against Tulane. She came off the bench for a career high 11 points at Houston, hitting 9-of-10 free throws. That earned her a starting job in the final five games of the year.

She matched her career high of 11 points in a starting effort against Saint Louis. She saved her best effort for the penultimate game of the season, scoring a career high and team best 15 points against Charlotte in the first round of the C-USA Tournament.

High School (Fenwick)

O'Grady was the all-time leading scorer at Fenwick. She led her team to a statewide no. 1 ranking and a national no. 8 ranking by Street & Smith. A two-time Illinois Basketball Coaches Association all-state performer, O'Grady was selected to a pair of Chicago Sun Times all area teams and two all-state teams. A first team all-state selection by the Chicago Tribune, she was also the Suburban Life player of the year and all-area for four years.

A three-time MVP of the East Suburban Catholic Conference and four time all-conference selection, O'Grady was the 25th ranked guard in the country out of high school by Blue Star. She was an All-America honorable mention by Street & Smith and was an All-American Tenth Team pick by Joe Smith's Women's Basketball News Service.

She averaged 15.5 points per game as a senior, shooting 42.1 percent from the floor, 36.1 percent from three-point range and 73.4 percent from the free-throw line. O'Grady scored 2,416 points in her four-year career. Playing for coach Dave Power, Fenwick earned a 107-26 record in her four years.
