A starter in all 30 games, Weaver became a complete inside player for Marquette. She abandoned the three-point shot after making just 2-of-17 over the last two years. Weaver turned her direction towards the basket. She recorded an assist in 12 consecutive games at one point this season. After not recording an assist against UAB (Jan. 19), she finished the regular season with assists in 15 more consecutive games.

She has two double-doubles on the season, having scored 12 points and grabbing 11 boards against Iowa State (Jan. 2) and 11 points and 10 rebounds in the win over La Salle (Dec. 16).

Weaver was a monster on the glass as a junior, averaging 5.9 boards per game, the 20th best total in Conference USA. She grabbed five boards in 13 of the last 17 games, pulling down nine against Saint Louis (Jan. 26) and grabbing 10 against Memphis (March 6). She has not been very involved in the scoring offense, but she has paid dividends on the offensive glass, grabbing four against Southern Miss (Feb. 9), Charlotte (Feb. 16) and TCU (Jan. 31). She had a big WNIT scoring 12 points against Toledo (March 20) and pulling down nine boards against Iowa (March 23).

She struggled from the line early in the season, but made up for it as the season concluded. Weaver hit 63.3 percent from the line, but made 21-of-27 in the last 15 games.

On the Italian exhibition tour in May, Weaver led the team in rebounding, grabbing 6.0 boards per game in the four game set. Despite battling the flu, she grabbed a team-high nine rebounds against Pool Comense (May 22) and finished the mini-campagin with seven boards against EnergyCA GEAS (May 25).

2001-2002

Both a starter and a reserve last season, Weaver was productive at both spots, averaging 4.4 points and 3.5 rebounds per game. She started the first 12 contests of the season, where she averaged 5.5 points and 4.2 boards per game.

Her production only dipped slightly due to coming off the bench for the next nine games, while her minutes decreased from 22.2 to 15.6 per game.

Weaver was Marquette's main weapon in an overtime win at Wis.-Milwaukee, scoring 19 points. She hit eight of her 21 shots and grabbed seven rebounds to pace Marquette. She came off the bench to spark MU in a win over Saint Louis with 12 points. In the Dayton contest, she set a career mark with six assists.

She was productive on the boards last season, grabbing five or more rebounds seven times. She briefly returned to the starting lineup for three games in which Marquette was 1-2. She tallied 4.7 points and 2.7 boards in those three games. She returned to being a substitute for the final four games.

2000-2001

One of Marquette's most athletic players, Weaver showed her ability and tenacity as she was fourth on the team in offensive rebounding with 39 and was fifth on the team in rebounds with 74.

She came off the bench in her career debut against Iowa to score seven points on 3-of-6 shooting and grab five offensive rebounds. After starting against Northern Iowa and not scoring, Weaver returned to the bench against Southern Utah to score a career high 10 points and pull down a career high six rebounds.

She hit three shots in a game for the fourth time in the season going 3-of-6 against Dayton, scoring six points and getting three offensive rebounds.

Weaver earned a start against Notre Dame, and hit one shot and three free throws for five points. She grabbed five boards against the Irish. She scored nine points against Colorado State, hitting a career high five free throws.

She added five points against UAB and Memphis and scored six against Louisville. Came off the bench to provide six points and three boards against Charlotte. She tied for the team lead in scoring with eight points against Southern Miss and Houston. She was 4-4 in the USM contest. In the Houston contest, Weaver set a career high with 11 points. Weaver had a proficient final weekend of the season combining for 14 points.

On seven occasions during the season Weaver grabbed three or more offensive rebounds.

High School (East Kentwood)

Weaver was a key component of East Kentwood's undefeated regular season as a senior, a year in which she averaged 18 points, 12 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 3.0 steals per game. She shot 54 percent from the floor and was 72 percent free throw shooter as a senior. Weaver was a nominee for Michigan's Ms. Basketball as the top player in the state.

An all-state and academic all-state performer as a junior and senior, Weaver was named Michigan Female Athlete of the Year as a senior. A four-time all-league selection, Weaver earned that honor shooting better than 50 percent from the floor in sophomore, junior and senior seasons.

She also lettered in track and field, competing in shot put, discus and the high jump. Academically, Weaver was a member of the National Honor Society.
