MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's lacrosse team will travel to No. 6/10 Notre Dame on Wednesday, March 19 for a 5 p.m. Central time matchup at Arlotta Stadium in Notre Dame, Ind.

For fans not traveling to the game, a live stream will be available through UND.com, as will live statistics through Gametracker.

Marquette (3-4) is looking to rebound from a 15-6 defeat at Harvard this past weekend. The Golden Eagles were led by Claire Costanza and Emily Donovan who both finished with two goals, while freshman Amanda Bochinak chipped in with three points.

Bochinak leads the Golden Eagles with 18 points on the season, after dishing out two assists on Saturday, while Costanza has compiled 14 points through seven games.

Despite picking up the loss this past Saturday, sophomore goalie Sarah Priem made 11 saves in the cage. Priem has posted a .320 save percentage on the season.

Notre Dame (6-3, 1-3 ACC) is coming off a 16-10 defeat at undefeated No. 2 Maryland this past Saturday. Eight different players scored goals for the Fighting Irish, including a hat trick from Rachel Sexton.

Margaret Smith also put forth a strong, all-around performance from the defensive midfield position for Notre Dame picking up five ground balls, causing three turnovers, and controlling two draws.

Wednesday's meeting between the Golden Eagles and Fighting Irish is the second game between the two squads. They met on April 27, 2013 and Notre Dame came away with the 14-5 victory. Three of MU's five goals were scored by then freshman Hayley Bass.

Following Wednesday's matchup, the Golden Eagles return to action for its third home game of the season at Valley Fields, where they will take on Winthrop at noon on Sunday, March 23.
