Women's Lacrosse Announces Two 2012 Summer Camps

MILWAUKEE – The Marquette University women’s lacrosse team has announced it will hold two summer camps in 2012, running July 13-15 and 16-19 at Valley Fields. The Elite Camp, open to current high school student-athletes, runs July 13-15 and will host overnight visitors as well as commuters. The MU Day Camp for all in kindergarten through 12th grade, runs July 16-19.
The camps, which are run by head coach Meredith Black and assistant coaches Courtney Tamasitis and Jackie Doherty, will focus on maximizing the potential of each and every athlete through specialized drills and instruction.
Typical days for an overnight camper in the Elite Camp will run from breakfast at 7:30 a.m. with the first session of camp starting at 8 a.m., through the end of a third session at 9 p.m. Cost for the Elite Camp is $450 for overnight guests and $390 for commuters.
The MU Day Camp will run daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a lunch break around noon. The cost is $350 for the four-day camp.
