2014 (So.): Started all 16 matches in which she played as a sophomore before sustaining a season ending knee injury ... Notched three points on the season with a goal on her lone shot of the year and an assist ... Appeared in MU's season-opening victory over Loyola-Chicago (8/22) ... Recorded her first career goal and assist in MU's 3-0 victory over Seton Hall (10/16).
2013 (Fr.): Made collegiate debut in victory over Colorado College to win the Marquette Invitational (9/8).
Prior to Marquette: Holland was a letter winner in tennis at Cary-Grove High School... Was a member of the Eclipse Select Soccer Club, where she played from the U12 level through U18... Captain of her club team all seven years played... Won the Illinois State Cup Championship four of those seven years...Were the Region II Champions in 2009 and took third place at USYSA Nationals in 2009... Helped her team capture three-straight Elite Club National League Flight Challenge A titles, along with multiple top-10 finishes at ECNL Nationals where she was a two-time all-event team honoree... Won the Eclipse Select Club Championship in 2011... Made the Illinois Olympic Development team in 2007 and 2008... An Illinois State Scholar.

What does being a part of the ‘FAMILY’ mean to you?
Being able to talk to anyone about absolutely anything. Having an instant 30-plus sisters on the team.
What are your goals for the 2015 season (team and personal)?
Team: Conference Champs, NCAA tournament Sweet 16
Personal: Stay healthy, be a leader on and off the field.
What accomplishment during your time at Marquette are you most proud of to-date?
Being the BIG EAST SAAC Representative for National Divison I SAAC.
After the conclusion of your collegiate career, what are your professional goals (soccer, career, etc.)?
I would love to work in an athletic department at a university.
How did you spend your summer?
I was in Milwaukee most of June working in the ticket office at the Al, going to the beach, and practicing with the Chicago Red Star Reserves soccer team. I went home for most of July and spent time with my family (and dog) and friends boating, playing tennis, and relaxing.
Are there any pre-game rituals or superstitions that you have on match day?
Who is your biggest inspiration (athletic or otherwise)?
My mom. She will put anyone before herself and I hope someday I will be as good of a mom as she is.

If you had to win at a random sport, which teammate would you select to play with?
Alyssa Devine - We would be a killer Badminton team.

Go to the beach and shop in the Third Ward

Emilee Mytiger - She's a unique one.

Jacie Jermier - Managed to be engaged while still in college.
Is there anything that others are surprised to learn about you?
I love playing tennis.
An interesting fact about your hometown?
The founder of Jimmy John's lived in my neighborhood and went to my high school (Cary-Grove).
