2002: After nearly two seasons with limited playing time, Frisk was healthy for the duration of her senior season, starting all 24 matches. She provided Marquette with five points on two goals and an assist. She was also a steady defensive midfielder, providing consistent pressure at the outside midfield position. She tallied a point in the first match of the year, recording an assist an the match-winning against Ohio (Aug. 30). She scored her first goal against UAB (Oct. 2) for her seventh career goal. She scored MU's first goal, her seventh career, in the C-USA quarterfinal win over Saint Louis (Nov. 6).
2001: Frisk played in just two contests before her junior season was cut short by a knee injury. Frisk played in the first match of the year against Oakland and saw action just one other time, a Sept. 23 contest against Memphis.
2000: Frisk sat out the season, earning a medical redshirt, while rehabilitating from an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
1999: Frisk finished her sophomore season strong, with both of her goals coming in the final eight matches. She started 23 of 25 matches, seeing a majority of her action at the outside midfield spots. She scored eight points on two goals and four assists. She netted a big goal against Southern Miss (Nov. 4) in the semifinals of C-USA Tournament.
1998: Frisk was named to Conference USA All-Freshmen Team after leading Golden Eagles freshmen with nine points on three goals and three assists. She started 18 of the 21 matches in which she played. Frisk had one game-winning goal, at Southern Miss (Oct. 23) and netted another goal in C-USA semifinal win over South Florida (Nov. 5).
At Greece Athena: Four-year varsity starter, Frisk was team captain in her final two seasons. She was also the Monroe County Division I Co-Player of the Year as a senior, leading GAHS to its fourth consecutive Monroe County championship. Her team also reached Section V Class A finals all four years. An All-Greater Rochester Area First Team as a junior and senior, Frisk earned all-state fourth team as a junior. Additionally, she was All-Monroe County in her sophomore through senior seasons. The defensive MVP of the 1996 Section V championship game, Frisk helped Greece Athena to victory in that match as her squad earned a no. 2 state and no. 8 national raking by Umbro. She also was a three-year member of the New York ODP. Frisk was team captain of the Western Scholastic Women's Team at the 1997 New York State Empire Games and of her Greece Eclipse Soccer Club team. The club squad was New York State West champion in 1996 and 1997. Academically, Frisk earned National Honor Society membership and was on the GAHS honor roll. She shined in the classroom as winner of the American Chemical Society, Wellesley Book and Catholic Diocese of Rochester Hands of Christ Awards. She graduated ninth in her class of 387 with a 4.0 GPA.
Personal: Born May 16, 1980, Frisk is the daughter of Dave and Doreen Frisk. She has two older brothers, an older sister and a younger brother and is majoring in finance and marketing.
