2002: In contrast to her sophomore season, Ioder had a very productive first half of her junior year. In her two-goal, two assist season, all of her points came in September. She opened the year with an assist against Ohio (Aug. 30). She wasted little time in contributing to another goal scoring effort, assisting a Kate Gordon goal against Ohio State (Sept. 6). Late in the month, she performed a similar feat, scoring two goals in three matches. She netted a strike against 15th-ranked Duke (Sept. 22), scoring the match winner. She also struck against Southern Miss (Sept. 29). Ioder remained a consistent offensive threat throughout the season, despite not scoring. Her play was solid in league play as she earned second-team All-Conference USA,
2001: Ioder had a strong second half to her season, earning second team All-Conference USA honors. She ended the season with three goals, making the most of all-three chances as they were match winners. Ioder was tied for fourth on the team in goals and tied for the team lead in match winning goals. She also had an assist on the year. Her tough defensive play combined with her timely offensive charges helped her earn the promotion to the starting lineup. After an assist against Oakland (Aug. 31) in the season opener, Ioder's offensive skills remained silent until the match against East Carolina (Oct. 19). Ioder scored her first goal of the year on six shots and found herself as a starter for the rest of the season. She also scored on strikes against Wisconsin (Oct. 28) and Charlotte (Nov. 8) in the Conference USA semifinals.
2000: Ioder proved versatile in her first season, entering matches as midfielder or forward. She earned one start in 22 matches. While Ioder didn't earn many points, she was a valuable attacker in creating opportunities for the Golden Eagles. She scored two goals, each in conference competition. Her first score came against South Florida (Sept. 29) and she scored in the next outing against Charlotte (Oct. 1). She also recorded four assists on the season, one each against Tennessee (Aug. 25), Louisville (Sept. 15), Tulane (Oct. 22) and DePaul (Oct. 27). She shot sparingly with 19 attempts on the season, but those chances had been bunched, accumulating four shots each against South Florida and Charlotte and three against Louisville. Ioder was named to the C-USA all-freshman team.
At Catholic Memorial: A four-year starter, Ioder earned many accolades throughout her career. She captured Milwaukee Journal Sentinel first-team all-state honors as a senior after helping her prep team to a 24-0-1 record while claiming a share of the national championship. She scored the crucial first and what proved to be the game-winning goal against Divine Savior-Holy Angels in the WISAA championship game. As a senior, Ioder finished with 18 goals and seven assists and was regarded as the creative force on that squad. During her career, Catholic Memorial compiled an overall record of 81-5-6 along with a pair of state titles. Along the way, she picked up second-team all-area pick as a sophomore and junior and first-team honoree as a senior. She also won second-team all-state her junior year and earned four berths on all-conference teams. Ioder played club soccer for the Milwaukee Kickers.
Personal: Born October 18, 1981, Ioder is the daughter of Nick and Jacqueline Ioder. She has an older brother, Matt, who plays baseball at Florida Tech. She was a four-year member of the honor roll in high school and is a nursing major.
