At St. Petersburg: Lewis scored 11 goals and 18 assists as a senior. She scored 44 in her career. Lewis is a three-time All-Conference selection, the team MVP last two seasons and was selected as Pinellas County Player-of-the-Year by the St. Petersburg Times. She played with both Blackwatch Stirling and Temple Terrace clubs. Lewis is also a member of the Florida state ODP team, captaining the squad from 1998-2001, and was a member of the Region III ODP pool. Her state ODP team was a national finalist in 2001. She has also competed in track and gymnastics in high school, winning a state gymnastics title. Personal: Brittney Erin Lewis was born on January 20, 1985, in St. Petersburg, Fla. She is the daughter of Doug and Darlene Lewis. She has an older brother, Michael. She is a biomedical sciences major. |
