Prior to Marquette: Bartels was a four-year letter winner in soccer at Skutt Catholic... Captain three of her four years on the team... Helped her team to two Nebraska Class B High School State Soccer Championships... Set a new school record for goals scored in a season with 31 in 2012, while also racking up 17 assists and 79 total points as a senior... Played club ball for Toro Soccer Club where she played in many elite tournaments... Attended multiple ODP training camps within the US as well as Holland and Costa Rica... Played on the US Region II Regional team for seven years ...In 2012, she helped her team to an EGA State Cup Championships and was named to the all-star team for her age group... Awarded the Golden Boot Award at the Region II ODP camp in 2011.

What are your goals for the 2015 season (team and personal)?
Win the BIG EAST tournament in my hometown. 


What accomplishment during your time at Marquette are you most proud of to-date?
BIG EAST champs my freshman year at the Valley. All-BIG EAST First Team.


After the conclusion of your collegiate career, what are your professional goals (soccer, career, etc.)?
Possible NWSL Draft or become a CPA.

How did you spend your summer?
Rehabbing my knees and working as an accounting intern.
