2002: Michuda took part in 19 matches on the season. She made her season debut against Ohio (Aug. 30). She took a shot that match. She fired seven shots on the season. She had two shots against Southern Miss (Sept. 29) and took shots on goal against Dayton (Sept. 8), Southern Miss (Sept. 29) and Cincinnati (Nov. 9). At Brookfield Central: A four time letterwinner, Michuda was a three-sport athlete at Brookfield Central, lettering twice in basketball and once in tennis. She concluded her high school career as a participant in the Powerade McDonald's All-American High School game. She was a first-team all-are selection as a senior -- leading her team to a state title -- and a second-team all-area choice as a junior. She also earned spots on the all-state soccer team in both years and was named co-state player-of-the year as a senior. She was a four-time member on the all-conference squad, earning first-team spots in her last two years and second-team honors the other two seasons. She was also honored for basketball as team MVP as a senior and all-league honorable mention as a senior. In club soccer, she was on the FC Milwaukee select team for four years. She was also a member of the Brookfield Aces Boys' Select Team for five years. In club soccer, she won six state titles and helped her team to a regional runner-up spot in 1999. She was also a six-time member of the state ODP squad and was a five-time member of the Region II Soccer Pool Team. She was also a member of the Student Council, the National Honor Society and was a four-time Honor Roll member. Personal: Lindsay Jean Michuda was born on Sept. 20, 1983 in Brookfield, Wis., to Michael and Kathleen Michuda. She joins her older sister, Katie, as a member of the Marquette women's soccer team. She has a twin brother Danny and a younger brother Tommy. She plans on majoring in communication studies and elementary education.
