  • BIG EAST All-Academic (2012-13, 2014-15)

2015 (R-So.): Saw action in 19 of MU's 20 matches and made six starts at forward ... Fired 14 shots and scored three goals while adding a pair of assists ... Recorded all three of her goals in MU's first five games ... Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Aug. 24 after scoring the match winner and adding an assist in MU's 2-1 win at Michigan (8/23) ... Also scored against Boston University (8/30) and Minnesota (9/4).

2014 (R-Fr.): Played in 11 matches as a redshirt freshman and registered one shot against New Mexico (9/5) ... Made her collegiate debut in MU's season-opening victory over Loyola-Chicago (8/22).

2013 (RS): Did not see action as a true freshman.

Prior to Marquette: Pfeiffer was a four-year varsity letter winner in soccer at Barrington High School... Named captain her senior year... Earned Rookie of the Year and MVP of the Pepsi Showdown as a freshman year...Was an all-conference, all-area and all-sectional player her sophomore and junior seasons, in addition to being named to the all-state team her junior year... Pfeiffer helped her team to four consecutive regional and sectional titles, a Pepsi Showdown Championship in 2010, and three Mid-Suburban League Conference Championships...Took third place at the state finals her senior year... Earned the Daily Herald Player of the Year...Completed her high school soccer career with 49 goals... Played club ball for FCX North while also playing with the Olympic Development Program for four years... Pfieffer's club team won a US Club Regional Championship along with a US Club National Championship in 2008... In 2012, they were Illinois State Cup semi-finalists.

Personal: Daughter of Dan and Jane... Her father played baseball at the University of Evansville... Has one younger brother... Majoring in exercise physiology.

What does being a part of the ‘FAMILY’ mean to you?
Waking up every morning and knowing that you have 30 other girls who would do anything for you at any point in time.

What accomplishment during your time at Marquette are you most proud of to-date?
BIG EAST All-Academic and Dean's List as well as my performances in the student-athlete talent shows.

After the conclusion of your collegiate career, what are your professional goals (soccer, career, etc.)?
A little more schooling for me, as I will be applying to physical therapy schools in February. As far as soccer, just keep it a part of my life somehow. Play pick up or have my kids play.

How did you spend your summer?
Working out with Todd Smith every a.m., working in the men’s basketball office, and hitting up Bradford Beach with friends!

All of the above! Love my social media. Instagram is my strong suit, though. My teammates and ex-teammates (cough, cough - Luba) ask me to edit their photos.

Who is your biggest inspiration (athletic or otherwise)?
My dad. He was an incredible athlete and played college baseball, but he was great because of his work ethic, the one thing he could control. He gave up his sport to settle down and have me. Now, he is the greatest guy I know; the smartest and the most kind. No one has a bad word to say about him.

Favorite professional sports team?
Chicago Blackhawks & Chicago Cubs!

Favorite sport other than soccer?
To play – volleyball. To watch – hockey and basketball

Best athlete (non-teammate) at Marquette?
Marquette Men’s Basketball Managers!!!!!

Favorite meal/food? Favorite Milwaukee eatery?
BelAir tacos!! Smoke Shake BBQ!! Kopp’s Custard!

Favorite thing to do in Milwaukee?
Hit the beach, lay out, and play beach volleyball & bike along the lake

Funniest or most unique teammate?
Emilee Mytinger.

Is there anything that others are surprised to learn about you?
I occasionally have some really great dance moves.   

An interesting fact about your hometown? 
Nightmare on Elm Street was filmed in my friend’s house, Jay Cutler’s wife went to my high school.

Favorite vacation destination? 
Costa Rica

What type of music do you prefer to listen to? Any favorite artists?
Anything and everything besides heavy metal really. I love finding underground artists. Some of my favorite are Jon Bellion and G-Eazy.
