Saw action and started in 16 games this season. Posted first career point with an assist against Green Bay, and tallied first goal in win over Seton Hall. Took three shots on the season, two of which were on goal. Prior to Marquette: Stemmeler joins fellow incoming freshmen Sam Vicker, Katie Hishmeh, Sammy Kailas, and Ally Miller from FC Milwaukee. She helped the team to six Wisconsin State Cup Championships in her eight year tenure with the squad. FC Milwaukee also earned four Midwest Premier League Championships, and won the Region II Championship in 2004 with Stemmeler on the field. Personal: Stemmeler was born on May 2, 1991 to Fred and Laurie Stemmeler. At Homestead High School, she earned all-conference basketball honors and was a state track and field qualifier in the 1600m relay. Stemmeler is a elementary education and psychology major.
