Maegan Kelly named Student-Athlete of the Week

Kelly honored for play with KC Dynamos

Maegan Kelly scored three goals and added six assists in four victories.

MILWAUKEE - This week's GoMarquette.com Student-Athlete of the Week is Maegan Kelly who helped her club team, the KC Dynamos, to the U23 United States Amatuer Soccer Association National Region II Cup and earned a berth in the National Cup Finals, July 20-22.

Kelly totaled three goals and six assists in four wins in the Region II Tournament, while the Dynamos outscored their opposition 21-4.

The Marquette women's soccer team begins the 2012 season against Wisconsin in exhibition play at Valley Fields on Thursday, Aug. 9 at 7:30 p.m.
