Sept. 9, 2011
MILWAUKEE- On the heels of a thrilling 1-0 double overtime win over No. 14 Milwaukee, the No. 12 Marquette University women's soccer team closes out its non-conference portion of its schedule at Indiana Sunday, Sept. 11. Kick-off at Armstrong Stadium is set for 1 p.m. ET/Noon CT.
"We will face another tough opponent in our last non-conference match," said head coach Markus Roeders. "Going down to Indiana and playing them on their field will be a difficult task. We will need to put a performance together to finish on a high note before we start BIG EAST play. We can be pleased with our play so far this season and if we become a little more efficient in the final attacking third, we should build additional chances to score. No matter what, all games thus far have prepared us for the upcoming BIG EAST play which starts next Thursday at home against Pitt."

Along with Kelly, 11 total Golden Eagles have found the back of the net already this season. Marquette has outscored its opponents, 20-4, and has out-shot them, 133-32.
