Junior (2013-14) - Defeated No. 3 Xavier in the semifinals at the BIG EAST Tournament in No. 3 singles, 6-3, 6-2...In her junior season, Dawson racked up a 6-5 record at the singles No. 3 slot, went 5-4 at the No. 2 spots and had two victories at the No. 4 to end with a 13-9 overall record... In doubles, Dawson and her partner Laia Hernandez Soler went 5-8 overall.

Sophomore (2012-13) - Named to the 2012-13 BIG EAST All-Academic Team ...As a sophomore, Dawson notched an overall record of 10-14 in singles action, playing the majority of her time at the No. 3, 4 and 5 positions for the Golden Eagles in dual matches... Over the course of the spring campaign, Dawson put together three-straight singles victories, the most wins in a row on the team... In doubles action, Dawson had four different doubles partners, including senior Rocio Diaz, where the pair went 7-7 in the dual campaign... Defeated Cincinnati in the BIG EAST Championships by a score of 8-3 and the No. 2 slot with Aina Herndandez-Soler... Dawson, a pre-med student, was given the squad's academic award for her dedication in the class room

Freshman (2011-12) - Dawson earned double-digit singles victories (16) in her first season as a Golden Eagle, seeing majority of action at No. 3, 4 and 5 positions in dual matches. In tournament play, she collected multiple singles victories at the Spartan Invitational, Kansas Fall Invitational and the adidas IU Winter Invitational. Dawson partnered with multiple teammates to record an overall 12-18 doubles mark. She earned the team's dedication award for her efforts.

Prior to Marquette - Dawson was a three-time letter winner at University High School and the team Captain in 2010... She was the 2010 Pacific Coast League Champion and was a California Interscholastic Federation- Southern Section semifinalist... That same season Dawson captured the Pacific Coast League doubles championship with partner Kyra Scott and the duo were semifinalists in the CIF-Southern Section in California... Dawson took third place in the All-American Tournament in 2010... Dawson was a two-time Pacific Coast League finalist in 2008-2009... Following her junior season, Dawson received the prestigious University High School Athletic Award from her school and was named all-conference in the Pacific Coast League.

Personal - Daughter of Randy and Cindy Dawson... Has two siblings, Drew and Claire.
