SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Marquette rallied to win the doubles point and carried the momentum into singles play to defeat Brown, 5-2, in Syracuse, N.Y. It is the fourth consecutive win for the Golden Eagles. With the victory, Marquette improves to 6-9 overall on the season.

"This is a huge step for us," said head coach Jody Bronson. "We have now four straight and I couldn't be prouder of my team. We have turned the corner and feel that the tough matches that we played have really prepared us for how we are playing right now.

Marquette won two of three doubles matches to clinch the doubles point and took four singles matches from the Bears.
