MILWAUKEE- The Marquette University women's tennis team (10-7) will look to continue its current winning streak and will hit the road for the weekend to take on Arkansas State on Friday, April 4 and Memphis on Sunday, April 6. Match times begin at 1 p.m. and 11 a.m. CT, respectively.

The Golden Eagles have won four of their last five matches, including wins over BIG EAST rivals Xavier and Butler at Helfaer Tennis Stadium this past weekend. MU fought to a 4-3 decision over the Musketeers, that came down to a final match, but bounced back with a decisive 7-0 sweep over the Bulldogs.

The Arkansas State Red Wolves enter the match against the Golden Eagles with just a 5-7 record on the season and have dropped their past two matches.

The Memphis Tigers will come into the match with a 12-7 overall record, much of which is fueled by a recent hot streak where they have collected wins in six of their last nine matches.

Both Arkansas State and Memphis post undefeated home records so far this season.

Following these matches, the Golden Eagles will return home to Helfaer Tennis Stadium for an April 11th doubleheader vs. Cincinnati and Chicago State, which will be the season's final home match. First serve against Cincinnati is slated for 11 a.m. CT.
