MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's tennis team will conclude its regular season schedule on Saturday, April 14 when it travels to Chicago, Ill., for a matchup with No. 69 DePaul. First serve against the Blue Demons is set for 1 p.m. at the Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Center.

Marquette (11-9) dropped a pair of matches to nationally ranked opponents in its Florida road swing last weekend and was swept by then- No. 48 VCU, 7-0, on April 7, before falling to then- No. 37 USF in a 4-1 contest the following day.

In singles play, MU has turned to Rocio Diaz, Olga Fischer and Gillian Hush for points this season. Each player owns double-digit win totals for the season and the trio has combined to collect 36 of Marquette's total 59 singles victories.

No. 69 DePaul (13-6) enters the match with Marquette riding a three-match win streak. The Blue Demons are led by freshman Jasmin Kling, who is 12-6 in singles play and is ranked No. 106 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. Kling has partnered with senior Gia McKnight in doubles play to post a 14-4 mark overall, with 13 of those wins coming at the No. 1 position. The duo is ranked No. 74 in ITA's latest doubles rankings.

MU's match against DePaul will be its third-straight against a nationally ranked opponent. The Golden Eagles fell to the Blue Demons in a tightly contested, 4-3, match last year at Helfaer Tennis Stadium.

Following the match with DePaul, Marquette will head to the BIG EAST Championships in Tampa, Fla., beginning Thursday, April 19.
