Prior to Marquette (Kishwaukee (Ill.) College): In her only year at Kishwaukee, Beyer led the squad to its third consecutive NJCAA Division II National Championship, an NJCAA record, with a 56-3 record, en route to being named tournament MVP...named a 2008 AVCA Two-Year Colleges First Team All-American...set the school's single season kils record with 784, while leading the nation in that category...also led the country with 197 aces and ranked 36th in hitting percentage...was also second on her team with 306 digs in 2008.

(Bloomington High School): Beyer was a four-year letterwinner in volleyball at Bloomington High School...led the Raiders her senior year to a 33-4 record and a berth in the sweet sixteen of the state tournament...as a senior averaged 4.1 kills and 3.1 digs per set...school record holder inl kills in a season (375) and kills in a match (22)...also ranks second in school history in total kills (1,025) and total aces (163)...all-area and all-conference first team selections as a senior...with Illini Elite Volleyball club, competed at the girls USA Volleyball National Championships from 2003-08... earned AAU All-American honors in 2006...has eight former AAU teammates playing Division I volleyball, including Maggie Mergen at BIG EAST rival Villanova...also a two-year letterwinner in track, Beyer was a two-time state qualifier in the 100-meter hurdles.
