2011:Landed 12 kills and hit .550 to help MU down Middle Tennesse (Sept. 16) in the opening match of the Marquette Challenge ... Helped MU recover from a first set loss for a 3-1 victory against Green Bay (Sept. 13) with a career-high 12 kills ... Notched 10 kills in sweep of Milwaukee (Sept. 10) to help MU claim the Marquette/Milwaukee Invitational c.rown ... Landed 11 kills in win over South Dakota (Sept. 2) at the Bluejay Invitational and hit .364 ... Also hit .364 (10-2-22) at the Bluejay Invitational against Northern Illinois (Sept. 3) ... Sparked Marquette to a 3-0 sweep of Central Michigan (Aug. 27) in first career start at the Hawkeye Challenge witha then-career-high 11 kills ... Notched a career-high nine blocks at Iowa (Aug. 27) ... BIG EAST All-Academic.
2010: Landed two kills on two attacks at Penn (Oct. 2)...Recorded first career kill against Harvard (Sept. 17) in the Wildcat Classic...Made the first appearance of her career against Toledo in the second set ...BIG EAST All-Academic.
High School: Mrotek comes to Marquette after earning Fox River Classic Conference Player of the Year awards in both 2007 and 2008...Named as an honorable mention selection on the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association All-State teams in 2007 and 2009 and was a third team honoree in 2008...Named to the all-area team her final three seasons, while helping Lincoln to three-straight undefeated conference campaigns...Lincoln captured regional championships from 2007-09, while Mrotek helped the Ships advance to the WIAA Division I state semifinals in 2009...Recorded a career-high 287 kills and 164 blocks in 2007 and followed that up with 171 kills and 116 blocks in 2008...Also an all-conference performer in track and field.
