11/30/2011 Fans help send off the MU volleyball team11/03/2011 Shymansky and Mattai on 10-0 BIG EAST start2011 (As of Sept. 22): Notched a season-high seven blocks in home opener against Southern Miss (Sept. 9) ... Tallied five blocks and career-high three digs in 3-1 loss to Northern Illinois (Sept. 3) ... Has started each match in which she has seen playing time (four total). 2010 (Sophomore): Notched a team-high seven blocks in MU's five-set victory over Louisville...Blocked six attacks in five-set victory at Seton Hall (Nov. 7)...Recorded a career-high 10 kills in only 12 attacks (.833) to go along with six blocks in sweep of UIC (Nov. 2)...Notched four blocks in the final two sets at Notre Dame (Oct. 24)...Saw first action of the season at Green Bay (Oct. 13) and recorded four kills. 2009 (Freshman): Saw action in 87 sets and started 23 matches during freshman campaign...Finished the season second on the squad with 90 total blocks for an average of 1.03 per set...Recorded at least five total blocks on nine occasions in 2009, including a season-high of nine at Connecticut (Oct. 9)...Had seven blocks and six kills at Milwaukee (Sept. 12)...Reached seven kills without an error, while hitting .636 (7-0-11) against Green Bay (Oct. 21)...Recorded eight kills and five blocks the following match against Syracuse (Oct. 24)...In final BIG EAST match of the season, notched a career-high nine kills, while hitting .667 (9-1-12) with five blocks...In final two BIG EAST matches, combined for 16 kills with only three errors and 10 blocks.
