Had six digs in NCAA Second Round against the Illini ...Notched seven digs against both Seton Hall (Oct. 21) and Rutgers (Oct. 23) as MU responded from 2-0 deficits for 3-2 victories ... Hauled in 11 digs in MU's victory over Green Bay (Sept. 13) .. Recorded a career-high 14 digs in Marquette's 3-1 win over Iowa (Aug. 27) at the Hawkeye Challenge.

2010 (Freshman):Saw extensive playing time in the Marquette/Milwaukee Invitational with highs of 10 digs and two service aces against Milwaukee (Sept. 11)...Saw action in one set vs. Denver (Aug. 28) at the Golden Gopher Invite ...BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

High School: Mayer comes to Marquette from Neenah High School after spending the first two years in the prep ranks at Kimberly High School...She was a four-time volleyball letterwinner during her high school career and was a unanimous first-team all-league pick as a junior and senior under head coach Bruce Moriarty...Earned first-team all-area honors from the Appleton Post-Crescent and was an honorable mention all-state pick in 2009 by the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association...A multi-sport athlete, Mayer earned a total of 11 varsity letters in high school, while also competing in basketball and soccer...Played club volleyball with the Wisconsin Volleyball Academy and head coach Jason Wheelock.
