Join the Marquette women's volleyball team for its inaugural Walk for Women's Volleyball on Saturday, June 21 at Veteran's Park, along Milwaukee's Lakefront. Pre-walk activities begin at 9:30 a.m. with the Walk starting at 10:30 a.m.

While Triplesfest has been the primary fundraiser for the volleyball program since 2003, the Golden Eagles are excited to commence a new tradition by combining the annual Triplesfest 3 vs 3 tournament with the inaugural Walk. All proceeds will go toward the 2008 Volleyball Locker Room Renovation Campaign and the Milwaukee Breast and Cervical Cancer Awareness Program (MBCCAP).

Participants will enjoy a 30-minute walk or jog around the Triplesfest grounds. Strollers, wheelchairs, rollerblades and pets are all welcome. Registration cost is $25 per person.
