MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's volleyball team will welcome back all alumni for the Marquette Volleyball Alumni Weekend Nov. 11-13. The weekend includes a variety of activities in addition to matches against Notre Dame on Friday, Nov. 11 and DePaul on Sunday, Nov. 13.

Before Friday's game against the Fighting Irish, there will be a meet and greet held with check-in beginning at 5 p.m., before MU's 6 p.m. match.

The alumni match is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Al McGuire Center and check-in will begin at 2:30 p.m. Following the match, there will be an opportunity to support the Marquette women's basketball team when it welcomes Mississippi Valley State to the Al McGuire Center at 7 p.m.

There will be a pre-game tailgate at 1 p.m. Sunday in the media room of the Al McGuire Center prior to MU's BIG EAST finale against DePaul.

The match against the Blue Demons is Marquette's annual Dig Pink Fundraiser and fans are encouraged to wear pink to the match to show their support. Marquette Dig Pink t-shirts will be available for purchase at both matches with proceeds going to the Side-Out Foundation's fight against Breast Cancer.

Alumni will be recognized between sets two and three of both matches.
