MILWAUKEE - After taking three of four matches at the Al McGuire Center over the last two weeks, the Marquette University women's volleyball squad takes to the road to take on Cincinnati Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT and Louisville on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. CT.

The Golden Eagles (15-9, 4-5 BIG EAST) defeated both Green Bay (3-1) and BIG EAST travel partner Syracuse (3-1) last week. MU's victory over the Orange marked the 100th career conference win for head coach Bond Shymansky. Shymansky currently sits 13 wins away from 200 for his career.

Sophomore outside hitter Ashley Beyer was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll Oct. 26 after leading the Golden Eagles with 39 kills (4.88/set) in eight sets over the past week. Beyer was the third Golden Eagle to earn honor roll recognition, following Ciara Jones (Sept. 7) and Nikki Klingsporn (Sept. 14).

Beyer currently leads the team with 308 kills for an average of 3.31 per set. In BIG EAST matches, Beyer is tied for first in the conference with 141 total kills (4.03/set (T-2nd)).

Cincinnati (17-8/7-1 BE) will welcome Marquette to Fifth Third Arena riding a 23-match home winning streak, having not lost in its building since 2007. The Bearcats are led by reigning BIG EAST Coach of the Year, Reed Sunahara, who is in his tenth season in the Queen City.

Bearcat freshman outside hitter Jordanne Scott was named the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week after helping UC beat both Louisville and Wright State this past week.

Against identical non-conference foes, Marquette defeated both Western Michigan and Dayton, while UC fell to both schools.

Louisville (12-9/5-3 BE) dropped its only match last week, a 3-0 sweep at the hands of BIG EAST travel partner Cincinnati. The preseason pick to win the BIG EAST, the Cardinals are led by Leonid Yelin in his 14th season.

Live stats will be available for both matches via GameTracker. The Cincinnati match will have live video streamed on GoBEARCATS.com's All-Access Platform, while the Marquette-Louisville match will be streamed on CardsTV (UofLSports.com).
