Ticket Office Operations
The Marquette Ticket Office conducts ticketing for seven of the Golden Eagles' 16 varsity sports: men's & women's basketball, men's and women's lacrosse, men's & women's soccer and women's volleyball. Attendance to all other home varsity events is free to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.

Location and Hours of Operation
The ticket office is located in the lobby of the Al McGuire Center, 770 N 12th Street. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Men's Basketball - Home games are played at the BMO Harris Bradley Center (1001 N 4th Street)
- Women's Basketball & Women's Volleyball - Home games are played at the Al McGuire Center (770 N 12th Street)
- Men's and Women's Soccer & Women's Lacrosse - Home games are played at Valley Fields (1818 Canal Street)
- Men's Lacrosse - Home games are played at either Hart Park (7300 W Chestnut St., Wauwatosa, WI) or Uihlein Park (7101 W. Good Hope Rd.). Please check schedule for game dates/location.

Ordering and Purchasing Tickets
Individual game tickets must be purchased in person -- either at the Marquette Ticket Office or, for men's basketball, at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Box Office -- or through Ticketmaster -- either online at ticketmaster.com or over the phone at 1-800-745-3000. Full Season, Mini Plan and Group tickets may be purchased in person, online or through a Marquette Ticket Representative by calling 414-288-GOMU.
The Marquette Ticket Office accepts Cash, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to: Marquette University. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.
Will Call (Day of Game)
- Men's Basketball - Tickets may be claimed at Lobby A of the BMO Harris Bradley Center beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Women's Basketball & Women's Volleyball - Tickets may be claimed at the Will Call table located in the Al McGuire Center lobby beginning 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Men's & Women's Soccer & Lacrosse - Tickets may be claimed at the ticket tent located at the west entrance to Valley Fields beginning 60 minutes prior to kickoff.
Will Call (Advance)
Will Call tickets for all Marquette sports may be picked up prior to the day of the game at the Al McGuire Center Ticket Office during normal business hours.
Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone age two (2) years and older must have a ticket to enter the BMO Harris Bradley Center or Al McGuire Center. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Marquette Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. A doctor's note is required to purchase accessible seating to men's and women's basketball games.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Marquette Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
TicketExchange is a secure website allowing fans to sell their seats to the general public. Click here for instructions on buying and selling tickets through TicketExchange.
Fans who do not intend to use tickets to an upcoming game can mail them back to the Marquette Ticket Office with instructions to donate them to charity. To guarantee delivery, tickets should be delivered to the ticket office at least 10 days prior to gameday. The charity receiving the tickets will follow up with a detailed thank you letter. Marquette Basketball tickets are 80% tax deductible.
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
Change of Address
To ensure that mailings reach you in a timely manner, changes of address may be made in email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Current season ticket holders may also change their account information by logging in to their My Marquette Account.
